  course that encourages the use of your CERT skills.\n\nIf you need a refr
 esher\, before the refresher we will be covering Utility shut off\, Search
  and rescue\, triage\, First aid(head to toe/splinting)\, Fire extinguishe
 r (PASS)\, Communications\, and Reporting. If you need a new manual you ca
 n pick one up at the office. Feel free to utilize the free online training
  for a refresher at onlinecert.org\n\nWe will not be playing with real fir
 e\, or working in confined spaces\, but close toed shoes are encouraged.\n
 \nPlease bring your CERT bag. I would like to see one thing from everyone'
 s bag that may be unique or specific to you.\n\nRemember there is a job fo
