 idents\n\nThis course provides training on and resources for personnel who
  require advanced application of the Incident Command System (ICS). This c
 ourse expands upon information covered in the ICS-100 and ICS-200 courses.
 \n\nCourse Objectives: \n\n 	Describe how the National Incident Management
  System (NIMS) Command and Management component supports the management of
  expanding incidents.\n 	Describe the Incident/Event Management process fo
 r supervisors and expanding incidents as prescribed by the Incident Comman
 d System (ICS).\n 	Implement the Incident Management process on a simulate
 d Type 3 incident.\n 	Develop an Incident Action Plan for a simulated inci
 dent.\n\nProgram Area(s): Incident Command System\n\nDelivery Location: St
 ate Delivered\n\nSelection Criteria: Individuals who may assume a supervis
 ory role in expanding incidents or Type 3 incidents. Note: During a Type 3
  incident\, some or all of the Command and General Staff positions may be 
 activated\, as well as Division/Group Supervisor and/or Unit Leader level 
 positions. These incidents may extend into multiple Operational Periods. \

 and System\, ICS-100\; IS-0200.b\, Incident Command System for Single Reso
 urces and Initial Action Incidents\; IS-0700.a\, National Incident Managem
