DESCRIPTION:In a large-scale emergency requiring mass care and shelters\, t
 he Southwest Utah Public Health Department would have a supporting role in
  disease prevention\, food safety\, sanitation\, and other health-related 
 concerns. The Health Department is hosting a training for Medical Reserve 
 Corps members (and anyone interested in emergency preparedness) to gain th
 e knowledge and skills needed to assist Department personnel with mass car
