SUMMARY:MGT-346 - EOC Operations and Planning for All Hazards
DESCRIPTION:This course provides personnel who could be assigned to or work
  in an Emergency Operations Center (EOC) the skills necessary to effective
 ly plan for and manage a large-scale incidents by applying and implementin
 g an all-hazards\, multi-disciplinary\, management team approach. The cour
 se places specific emphasis on the planning\, resource\, and information m
 anagement processes.\n\nThe course focuses on the key decision-making requ
 irements within the Emergency Operations Center. The jurisdictional team w
 ill learn from the effects of incident decisions while working in an EOC u
 sing a simulated\, notional jurisdiction as they respond to the final days
  exercise.\n\nThe course is delivered in your jurisdiction. The instructio
 nal team consists of coaches and mentors experienced in emergency manageme
 nt and incident response. The course uses a multi-discipline\, jurisdictio
 nal approach to accomplish the course objectives. The course adapts existi
 ng incident management systems\, best practices and procedures to the uniq
 ue requirements of responding to all-hazards incident.\nPrerequisites\nThe
