This course will prepare you to help yourself, your family, and your neighbors in the event of a disaster. During an incident, emergency services personnel may not be able to reach everyone right away. By getting trained in CERT, you will have the skills to help emergency responders save lives and protect property.

If you have had previous training or online training and would like to practice, or sign off your practical skills, please contact our office to sign up for the FINAL
- Class is free of charge for all students
- Maximum number of students will be 25
- Students are required to attend or be excused, by an instructor, from a class to attend the final and receive a certificate
- Students are expected to wear appropriate work clothing to classes with practical skills
- Opportunities will be available to students who would like to become an instructor
- A backpack with gloves, goggles, vest, and helmet will be provided free of charge for students who complete class
- Children age 12 – 17 may attend accompanied by an adult participant
