Personal information provided to Washington County online or in-person, including personal data, that would be classified as a "public record" under Section 63G-2-301 of this statute may be available to the public as provided by Section Section 63G-2-201. Other laws, including federal laws or other Utah statutes, also address confidentiality issues and are followed.
